When does it not look good to wear Knee High heel boots over skinny jeans?
The day is about 65 deg and been raining all day. Would say a black/white Halter Top, skinny jeans, and Black Leather knee high heel dress boots (3-4" heel height) be acceptable? With it being now May, is there a rule that says you shouldn't wear boots over jeans since that is typically a fall/winter look? Can it work for situations like today where it is raining all day? Would you wear an outfit like this on a day like this? your thoughts?
it depends on the boots if they are way to high than id say goodbye because that was a winter trend but you can still wear the ankle boots, but since it is raining i say go for it but when the weather gets warmer put those away for next winter
