About Coach Lynn

The school bell rang at the moment I drew breath. And I have been and will be in class until I skip over to the Other Side and expel my final breath. And what a ride it has been so far!

Who Is Lynn?
The eldest of three siblings, the 2 younger, while in childhood, preferring the word "bossy" to "coach". Married to the same man for over 35 years, mother of 3, stepmother of 2, grandmother (the reward for being a mother), and adoptive Mum to two designer cats and one dog of suspicious origin.

What Is Lynn?
A woman who has experienced much of what life has to offer. Some difficult, some rewarding and ALL valuable. Including:
  • A successful sales entrepreneur at age 32
  • Ballet dancer, figure skating professional
  • A licensed, Clinical Esthetician successfully operating my own business for the past 16 years www.enhancestudio.com
  • Earned multiple diplomas and certifications in these endeavors including the one of which I am most proud: The Governor General of Canada's Commemorative Medal for significant contribution to community, compatriots and Canada.
  • A public speaker for 30 years (my whole family says talking has never been a challenge for me!) and a writer of hundreds of newsletters and a newspaper column.
  • Certified Associate Coach through International Coach Academy www.iCoachAcademy.com
  • An award winning amateur photographer (but cannot draw a recognizable stick man)

WHERE is Lynn?
Comfortably nestled within a lake filled and forest laden valley in the paradise of British Columbia, Canada.

WHY is Lynn a Coach?
I've always been a "go-to" person. The one people go to for advice and assistance. I don't remember a time when I have not been a coach albeit in an unofficial capacity. Coaching fulfills my Life Purpose. A Life Purpose is your LOVE and PASSION made manifest through action. My Life Purpose is to: LEAD PEOPLE TO DISCOVER THEIR TRUE VALUE!

I did it before I was conscious of doing it as a Life Purpose, I will continue to do it all of my life because I cannot NOT do it.
